TransCanada announces new start date for construction
TransCanada announced today that they intend to begin right-of-way clearing for the PRGT pipeline by the end of the summer 2015. Read full article here. This is despite the fact that Petronas continues to waver on their investment decision in the terminal, where the final investment decision is not expected until June. Though they already have their BC EAO ceritificate for this project, TransCanada still requires a number of permits from the BC OGC before they can begin construction.
