Youth Days a huge success!
Our first ever Madii Lii Youth Days blew our expectations out of the water. Petronas offers bribe for LNG plant
Yesterday, the Malaysian state owned company Petronas, who has an abysmal corruption record , attempted to bribe one of our neighbours, Lax Kw’alaams, with $1 Billion dollars to allow them to build their LNG terminal on Lelu Island. A terminal at this site may spell collapse for Skeena watershed salmon, as this site sits directly on top of the most sensitive eel grass habitat for juvenile salmon in the entire river system - Flora Bank.
